Amy earned a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has completed the Certificate of Chinese Herbal Medicine program at Daoist Traditions College of Oriental Medicine in Asheville, NC. Amy is nationally certified in acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, certified in Clean Needle Technique, and licensed by the North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board.
Amy believes that each person is unique and that health and health care should never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Using acupuncture within the framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine allows Amy to assess each |
patient in a holistic manner, taking in to account not only health challenges but also the challenges each person faces in day-to-day life.
